SIR - Chris Franks (Letters, May 23) points out that the current and previous health ministers were not born in Wales and ends his letter with 'perhaps it's not the Welsh who are dull after all'.
Being Welsh myself I like to think that he's correct. On the other hand isn't it a bad reflection on the Welsh people when most of the top jobs in Wales are held by people who were not born here. I understand a large number of our MPs, AMs, leaders in industry and people running sport in Wales (in particular rugby) were not born here.See the full content of this document
