VALUES of social justice are not the "glorious preserve" of the Labour Party, Cardiff North AM Jonathan Morgan has declared.
Mr Morgan said a Conservative-led Assembly Government could launch its own ambitious programme to fight poverty which would achieve greater success than the Assembly Government's Communities First initiative.
