THE Assembly Commission yesterday bowed to pressure and agreed to scrap cash-saving plans to stop translating debates from English into Welsh.
Presiding Officer Dafydd Elis-Thomas also announced that for the first time a bilingual record of all Assembly legislation committee meetings will be published. In addition, an independent review of the Assembly's bilingual services will be launched.See the full content of this document
