They have been surrounded by brightly coloured markings and prominent signs for years, but motorists still insist on pulling into parking bays reserved for the disabled or parents with children. But those who continue to do so will soon be out of pocket after Asda announced this week it is to fine customers pounds 60 for parking there without permission.
