A WELSH seaside town has been revealed as the latest UK property blackspot with a quarter of houses and flats taking more than a year to sell, according to a new survey.

Severe market stagnation has hit Aberystwyth, a property website has found, where 26% of houses and 23% of flats on the market there remain unsold after 12 months.
