FORMER Wales manager Mark Hughes has angered some of his neighbours over plans to knock down part of his Victorian home and convert it into an eco-friendly mansion.
The boss of Premiership team Fulham has submitted a plaS nning application to take down the rear of historic Brampton House, in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, and turn it into a pounds 5m four-bedroom "environmentally-frienS dS y" family home.
