SIR - In reply to your correspondent Mr Raybold who quite rightly stated that Iraq did have biological, chemical weapons and some means of delivery to the region and that he did use these weapons against his own people, namely the Kurds.
However, he did not complete the equation, what he did not say was that it was Britain and America, our arms manufacturers, who supplied the means of producing these horrific weapons and the technology etc for the means of delivery.See the full content of this document
