A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Vietnamese man who was dumped in a hospital, police said yesterday. The 30-year-old suspect was arrested in the London area by detectives investigating the death of Tran Nguyen, who was carried fatally injured into the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport last November.
