SIR - As most of us prepare for the festive season, spare a thought for the thousands of Welsh patients waiting for appointments, tests and treatment. The Assembly Government tells us how much more money they spend on health and that waiting lists are improved. However, the experience of many ordinary patients is not a happy one.
