Summary
SIR - Professor Stuart Cole in his article ("Cruise market sails past our coast", Sept 2) is quite correct to draw attention to the fact that Wales is losing out on the lucrative and booming cruise ship market.
I looked at the web site of America's premier cruise holidays marketing agency and the reason for our poor showing is immediately apparent. There are 16 ports listed for Scotland; 14 in England; and five in Ireland. Each port has a fairly detailed article about the places that can be visited from those ports.
