Summary
The popular Cambridge Footlights company is bringing its Edinburgh show to Wales next month. Under the Blue, Blue Moon takes audiences on an adventure bridging two worlds. A man skips from the disappointments of daily life to the wonderful strangeness of his imagination, when his humdrum existence gets spectacularly turned inside-out on a dry and dusty bank holiday. Reality distorts and dreams come true in this sparkling constellation of sketches, played out under the light of the glowing moon.
The Cambridge University Footlights Dramatic Club was formed in 1883 performing popular Victorian burlesques, farces and operettas. Now its members present only original material. Peter Cook, John Cleese and Griff Rhys Jones all started their careers with Footlights.See the full content of this document
