Four people have died off Wales' coastline in a new spate of drowning accidents, leading to renewed warnings about safety at sea. The bodies of two brothers who had been fishing off rocks at Mwnt in Ceredigion were recovered from the sea yesterday.

A yachtsman also died after he was hit by a sail boom and swept into the sea near Holyhead harbour, and a body was found on the rocks at Fishguard.
