Summary
A new variety of Spanish chilli pepper is about to hit British shops. Pimientos de padron are special because although most are mildandsweet, the occasional one blows your head off. The Spanish make tapas with them and then play a sort of culinary Russian roulette, a game we are now being encouraged to enjoy.
