Summary
SIR - Since I was told it is not possible to fit a water meter to my existing water supply, I have nevertheless done my bit over the years to cut down on wastage of the water I use at home. I have even put a brick in the WC cistern.
Now that the monopolistic Welsh Water Company plans to put up water bills next year by a massive 16%, I am in defiant mood. I will remove the brick from the cistern and I will flush the loo twice after I use it.See the full content of this document
