A new formal garment designed to appeal to patriotic Welsh women may have to be made outside the country because of a lack of potential manufacturers in Wales.

The clogyn is the Wales Tartan Centre's answer to demand for something distinctively Welsh that women can wear while their husbands or partners are decked out in a Welsh kilt.
