THE PERSUASIONISTS BBC Two Wales, 10pm Adam and Joe have come a long way since they found fame putting hand-puppets in lewd positions and giggling a lot. The pair are hugely popular stars of radio and screen, and their partnership has thrown up plenty of inspired comedy moments. Now one half of the duo (Adam Buxton) is dipping a toe in the sitcom world alongside another famous face and funnyman, Iain Lee. Set in the fictional advertising agency HHH&H, the underworked and overpaid staff spend all day trying to persuade people to buy things they don"t want with money they don"t have. The staff include: impulsive Keaton; smart and funny Billy; spoilt and neurotic Emma, above; Aussie boss Clive; and hopeless, witless and feckless Greg.
