Summary
Computing giant Microsoft has surveyed 100 business leaders in Wales and lifted the curtain on fears of a shortage in skills and innovation. Some 53% of Welsh business managers rated skills in the region as only 'average' or 'poor' and seven in 10 thought that innovation in the region could be improved.
The research uncovered general concern among business managers across the UK about the strength of skills, innovation and economic diversity in the UK market place, but Welsh business managers were particularly pessimistic compared to their contemporaries in other regions.See the full content of this document
