HEINEKEN Cup final hero Rob Howley believes Biarritz will be crowned European champions but he hopes hes wrong. Howley, whose last-gasp try against Toulouse secured the trophy for Wasps in 2004, is no fan of the Basque outfit. He says they play ugly rugby and would much rather see Munster triumph at the Millennium Stadium this afternoon. But, unless the Irish really fire behind the scrum, he cant see them coming out on top. My heart says Munster, but my head says Biarritz, said Howley who has just signed a new two-year contract extension as Blues backs coach.

I believe Biarritz have the ability to put a stranglehold on Munster and stop them playing.

Unfortunately, Biarritz play the most ugly rugby in the Heineken Cup when you consider the amount of talent they have got in their squad.

All they play is a driving, kicking, very tight game.
