SIR - It may make a good headline, but do we need, as Peter Hain hopes, a Tory-free Wales? Voting Labour over the past 60 years has not seen the standard of living in Wales grow in line with the rest of Britain, though, as Peter Hain himself, said, we are better off than Rwanda. Some comfort there, then.
