Wales needs to shed its lack of ambition and grab a more prosperous future, says former Plaid Cymru president Dafydd Wigley.

In a lecture delivered at the School of Business and Regional Development at the University of Wales, Bangor, Mr Wigley said it was vital the Assembly Government ensures the best possible use of European cash during the second round of top-level aid.
