LAST week's draft budget was one of the most widely discussed and debated to date. After much speculation it appears the Labour-Plaid Assembly Government has protected funding on frontline health services.

But I think they've missed a golden opportunity to drive efficiencies in the NHS. So, with this in mind, I have some figures of my own to present: pounds 505m - Last year, the repairs backlog in NHS buildings of pounds 505m rose pounds 37m in just one year.
