Rob howley last night echoed Sir Clive Woodward in singing the praises of Scarlets scrum-half Dwayne Peel. British Lions coach Woodward singled Peel out for special mention after watching Friday's Heineken Cup clash at Stradey Park, where the Scarlets were narrowly beaten by Toulouse.

'I watched Dwayne very closely - he is quick and I thought he played very well,' said Woodward, giving an early indication the 23- year-old is in the running for a Lions tour place.
