Women are becoming killers on the roads by copying male drivers' worst habits, safety campaigners are warning today. Although women in the UK are still safer drivers than men, police in some areas are concerned about 'girl racers' driving aggressively, sometimes while drunk.

South Wales' leading traffic cop says some women drivers are now breath-testing at two or three times the legal drink-drive limit, suggesting they are willing to risk flouting the law, plus dicing with death by drinking more and driving.
